General comments
Na 1 week evaluatie van iv behandeling met arts-microbioloog en/of internist-infectioloog om eventueel te switchen naar oraal regime. Alternatief oraal regime: clindamycine 3dd 600 mg.
Totale behandelduur 4 weken, tenzij op klinische of microbiologische gronden 6 weken geïndiceerd is, in overleg met infectioloog of arts-microbioloog.
Beta-lactam: indien mogelijk continu doseren, voorafgegaan door oplaaddosering.
