Renal function-replacement therapy
CAPD: Bij verminderde nierfunctie is de halfwaardetijd van benzylpenicilline verlengd. Het effect van peritoneale dialyse op de klaring van benzylpenicilline is onbekend.
Hemo dialysis: Endocarditis: 6 miljoen eenheden per 24 uur als continue infusie. Overige indicaties: 3 miljoen eenheden per 24 uur als continue infusie.
