General comments
Bij SOA partner(s) meebehandelen/waarschuwen, evt via GGD.
Benzathinebenzylpenicilline: evt. 1.2 mE oplossen in 4 cc lidocaine 10 mg/ml (1%), in elke bil.
Bij HIV co-infectie, zwangeren en neurolues zoveel mogelijk behandelen met penicilline. Indien allergie voor penicilline: overleg met dermato-veneroloog Soa-poli (desensibilisatie overwegen).
Beta-lactam: indien mogelijk continu doseren, voorafgegaan door oplaaddosering.
Beoordeel gerapporteerde penicilline allergie aan de hand van de anamnese.
