Streptokokken profylaxe bij ernstige mucositis

≥ 18 years

Indications: Chemotherapie-geïnduceerde neutropenie met een te verwachten duur > 7 dagen, leidend tot mucositis. Vanaf dag 7 na start van chemotherapie, inclusief bij opname intensive care.

General comments

In geval van IC opname en indicatie voor IC SDD en cefotaxim: SDD IC + PJP profylaxe. Na staken cefotaxim streptokokken profylaxe toevoegen.
