Cefazoline iv 1000mg 4dd

General comments

  • Neem kweken af voor start antibiotica, streef naar afname diepe kweken van geinfecteerd bot/weefsel.
  • Antibiotica aanpassen op geleide van kweek. Na 1 week evaluatie van iv behandeling met arts-microbioloog en/of internist-infectioloog om eventueel te switchen naar oraal regime. Totale behandelduur 6 weken.
  • Bèta-lactam antibiotica: indien mogelijk continu doseren, voorafgegaan door oplaaddosering

Bij hemoglobinopathie: houd rekening met Salmonella (zie hoofdstuk osteomyelitis bij sikkelcelziekte)
