Remarks:

Gentamicine eenmalig (indien na 24 uur niet bevallen, gift herhalen)

Metronidazol po 500mg 3dd
Remarks:

Bij allergie voor penicilline.

clindamycine iv 600mg 3dd

Gentamicine iv 7mg/kg 1dd
Remarks:

Alternatief bij bewezen gevoeligheid en contra-indicatie ß-lactam antibiotica. Alternatief voor clindamycine is erythromycine iv 25mg/kg lichaamsgewicht per dag verdeeld elke 6 uur,

Gentamicine eenmalig (indien na 24 uur niet bevallen, gift herhalen)

General comments

Let op bij gentamicine!

  • Geen gentamicine bij verminderde nierfunctie.
  • Er is een relatieve contra-indicatie voor gentamicine bij levercirrose. 
  • Bij gentamicine moet 6-12 uur na eerste gift een midspiegel afgenomen worden. Indien het wordt gecontinueerd is controle van spiegels en nierfunctie noodzakelijk.
  • Gentamicine bij obesitas doseren op basis van aangepast lichaamsgewicht / Adjusted Body Weight.
