General comments
Bij falen van de eerste eradicatiepoging het 2e regime baseren op gegevens resistentiebepaling (gastroscopie met biopten voor kweek/gevoeligheidsbepaling).
Continueer aansluitend aan de eradicatiekuur de PPI 1dd (!) gedurende 4 weken.
Beoordeel gerapporteerde penicilline allergie aan de hand van de anamnese.
Bismuth is in Nederland niet meer geregistreerd.
