General comments
Indien er GNS worden gekweekt die cipro R + cotrim R + colistine R + tobramycine R dan wordt bacteriele profylaxe gestaakt. Inventarisatiekweken worden wel volgens schema afgenomen
Bij aanpassen van bacteriele profylaxe wordt rekening gehouden met kweken van de afgelopen 6 maanden. Met andere woorden: indien kweken van langer dan 6 maanden geleden zijn wordt standaard bacteriele profylaxe gestart. In selecte gevallen, zoals een eerdere kweek van pan-resistentie bacterien, kan hiervan afgeweken worden.
Cotrimoxazol 960 mg 2dd1 profylaxe vervangt streptokokken profylaxe niet (volstaat wel als pneumokokken profylaxe).
