General comments

Na voltooien behandeling urine controleren.

GBS (groep B streptokok; Streptococcus agalactiae):

  • Altijd behandelen indien micro-organisme aantal ≥10^5 CFU. Indien het micro-organisme aantal <10^5 CFU is; alleen behandelen indien er ook klachten van een urineweginfectie zijn. 
  • Wanneer een groep-B-streptokok gekweekt wordt, bestaat de indicatie voor antibiotische GBS profylaxe rond de baring, waarvoor consult gynaecoloog.
