Bij mogelijke of aangetoonde azolresistentie. Indien flucytosine niet beschikbaar is, dan ambisome monotherapie. NB: Ambisome monotherapie is inferieur aan combinatietherapie. |

Bij endophthalmitis (glasvochtinvasie) tevens vitrectomie met achterlaten van intravitreaal amfotericine B 0.005 mg
Let op! Bij flucytosine is spiegelcontrole noodzakelijk.
Bij gedissemineerde candidiasis toevoegen anidulafungin, zie candidemie / gedissemineerde candidiasis.
