General comments
Zure oordruppels met hydrocortison 1% FNA of zure oordruppels met triamcinolonacetonide 0,1% FNA; 3 dd 3 druppels; 1- 2wk
Bij trommelvliesperforatie aluminiumacetotartraat-oordruppels 1,2% FNA 3 dd 3 druppels; 1-2wk.
Bij uitblijven van effect na drie weken: kweek en resistentiebepaling.
Beoordeel gerapporteerde penicilline allergie aan de hand van de anamnese.
