Behandeling geindiceerd bij:
- kort bestaande ziekte
- immuungecompromitteerden
- ernstige infecties
- nervus ophthalmicus
- meerdere dermatomen.
Gebied nervus ophthalmicus: start bij voorkeur iv, bij goede respons oraal uitbehandelen.
