General comments
Definitie: diarree (steatorroe), bloating, flatulentie, buikpijn, dyspepsie IN AANWEZIGHEID VAN risicofactor:
- abnomale anatomie (darmresectie met aanwezigheid blinde lis; fisteling; resectie van klep van Bauhin; dunndedarm diverticulose)
- dysmotiliteit (sclerodermie; CIPO; radiatie-enteritis; DM).
Geen aanvullend onderzoek nodig, de diagnose wordt gesteld op basis van proefbehandeling met antibiotica.
